We give you a journal to keep track of your experience and nutrition, we’ll help you to set a realistic goal, take your measurements and fitness tests periodically to track not only your weight loss results, but improvements in all areas of health and fitness. All of our Willowdale Personal Trainers are registered and insured so you know you’re in good hands. With a little direction and motivation, your Trainer will help you achieve so much more than you can imagine!
