We know that each person is unique and that everyone has their own reason for wanting to start training. You can train in the privacy of your own home or in a nearby park. We train a number of clients in Cornubia Adventure Park located in Cornubia, we also service Beenleigh, Logan Holme,Waterford, Shailer Park and all of Logan city. We will bring all the equipment you need for your session so all you need to worry about is training.
