Sue Sydney FranchiseeSue Stedman is our newest franchisee in Sydney.

Background

Growing up in Perth, Sue had an active childhood and participated in both netball and athletics up to the end of high school. In her early 20’s, Sue got introduced to the gym scene and started doing group classes at a gym and she loved it. In combination with that she decided to take the next step with her training and get a Personal Trainer. Since then, Sue has always had a trainer wherever she has lived and that is one of the reasons that inspired her to become a Personal Trainer. With a trainer, Sue thinks you can do things and reach goals you did not imagine you could ever accomplish. Sue’s favourite exercise is running and she has participated in a lot of different runs; City to Surf, Blackmore’s Bridge Run and Half Marathon, Rebel fun runs and many more.

Becoming a Personal Trainer

Sue has now lived in Sydney for 10 years,  she has been involved with training and helping people change their life styles for many years in combination with her daytime job in the corporate banking industry. Now she has taken the leap to do what she has always dreamed of doing, owning her own Personal Training franchise with Fitness Enhancement. Working full time as a Personal  Trainer is a dream come true and something that Sue has always wanted to do, it is her biggest interest keeping fit and helping others to do the same.

Sue’s training style is a mix of short interval type training, boxing, and weights. Depending on the client’s goals, she plans the sessions so they get the best value for money and her goal is for the client to enjoy their sessions, exercise doesn’t have to be terrible and boring. Sue is available for Mobile Personal Training in Sydney, and she also runs Bootcamps in different locations.
