Simple stretches to wake you up and start your day

In Adelaide, just like anywhere else, sometimes getting up and getting going in the morning can be a struggle. The key to feeling alert and awake is to get your blood flowing, your muscles activated, and your body switched on and tuned in. Rather than stumbling to the kitchen and reaching for the coffee, try this simple stretch routine to get you awake, alert, and ready for the day.

The key is to progressively increase your movements from more gentle to more dynamic as you go.
