Meet our newest franchisee and Personal Trainer, Mark Nguyen! Mark is based in Sydney’s south-west and services Fairfield and all surrounding suburbs. Mark has been into sports for the most of his life and started his fitness journey by playing basketball and practising martial arts for most of his childhood. After continuing his sports well into adulthood, becoming a Personal Trainer felt like a natural progression for him. Mark’s dream was always to own his own Personal Training business one day, and he has been working towards that goal ever since he became a Trainer. Mark now has over 7 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer, and has gone from paying Gym rent to being a Personal Training affiliate/licensee and after years of only moderate success with his business, he finally took the plunge to join us as our newest Sydney Personal Trainer and franchisee!

As a highly experienced Trainer, Mark knows he can make the change in his clients’ lives by helping them improve their health and fitness through exercise and better nutrition. He thrives on seeing his clients improvement from session to session and seeing them reach new personal fitness goals. Mark’s training style includes interval training, weight and boxing in his sessions and loves to teach new exciting exercises to his clients. He always makes sure that his clients never do the same workout twice! Mark has recently become a dad for the third time and enjoys the fact that he can have a balanced family and work life with his own Fitness Enhancement Personal Training business. 1. What is your biggest achievement as a Personal Trainer?

Being able to influence clients to change their current lifestyle and make better choices when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

2. What is your most memorable training session?

To see a client who struggled to do one push up to be able to 20.

3. What is your favourite exercise as a trainer?

The push up as it is very versatile and always going to get muscles worked up and burning.

4. What is your favourite exercise or sport outside of work?

I love martial arts and also watching soccer! My favourite soccer team is Sydney FC.

5. What is your favourite quote?

A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.
