Brett now uses a wheelchair as the MS has affected his ability to walk and complete daily tasks, he also deals with extreme fatigue as an additional side effect. He started Personal Training to improve his strength, stamina and help keep his muscles moving.

Seeing results

In the 6 months since Brett started Training he has dramatically improved his balance, and increased his strength so he is able to complete full push ups and increase the weights he lifts by 3kg.

Brett loves the fact that he sees the Personal Training getting him results and having a positive impact on his daily tasks. He also enjoys the routine of seeing his trainer Lauren twice a week to get him active and moving around.  The added convenience and privacy of having a Mobile Personal Trainer come to his home also makes the whole experience a lot easier and more enjoyable.brett boxing

When asked about his favourite exercise, Brett says he really enjoys boxing as a method of stress relief but also to get him thinking and using his brain. He also enjoys weight training and anything that gives him a good challenge.

Trainer comment
