We’re There When You Want Us
Because our Personal Trainers are mobile we come to you, wherever you want to train in Brisbane. We’re available from early in the morning (5:00am if you’re keen!) until late at night, so now there’s no excuse not to get started with your new exercise routine.
If you hate the thought of a crowded gym or are uncomfortable at the prospect of working out in a public place, we give you 100% privacy in your own home. Our Trainers don’t have any signage on their cars, so no one will know when your working out.
We Bring All the Gear You’ll Need
We bring everything you’ll need for your workout, so you don’t have to worry about equipment. Expect each session to be different, stimulating and fun. We’ll keep you motivated to get the most out of each session and you’ll get loads of variety.
Results in Just 60 Minutes a Week
Our Personal Trainers focus on the right exercises that will get you the right results. Every workout is customised to your goals, giving you more results from less time. Even one session of 60 minutes a week will get you great results fast.
