Our Group Personal Training is just like a Boot Camp but with small class numbers and the personal attention of a PT session. You will never do the same workout twice! Every single session is different and packed full of Boot Camp exercises as well as a variety of Kickboxing, Boxing, body weight exercises, machine weights, ab work, fit balls, medicine balls, exercise bikes and a whole lot more.
Our Boot Camps cater to all fitness levels and are designed to let you work at your own pace. Your Boot Camp Trainer is there to take you to your limit, not past it. If there’s anything you see in the video on the right that you can’t do, don’t worry your Trainer is there to find an alternative you can do without making you feel like the odd one out.
Our Trainers are all friendly, down to earth and professional, they are there to help you, not yell at you.
If you’re already fit and like a challenge, your Personal Trainer will make it the hardest session of your life. With a over a decade of experience we have thousands of exercises to take your fitness to the next level!
Our Group Personal Training sessions are in our professional and air conditioned Studio so it won’t take you a week to get the sand out like other Boot Camps at the beach! Your comfort and safety comes first, so unlike other Boot Camps or Crossfit sessions, you won’t have to piggy back someone you have just met or jeopardise your safety! Our Personal Training Studio is also 100% private so unlike Boot Camps on Surfers Paradise beach there’s no hecklers! It’s just you, your group and your Trainer working towards a common goal – Results!
And yes, all are a similar intensity so just come along and give it a go. At around $10 a session based on our memberships and with no joining fees, or lock in contracts what have you got to lose?
