Our non-contact Kickboxing and Boxing circuit classes are all about burning fat fast! We’ve taken the best fitness drills from the Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing, and added in the latest and greatest fat burning exercises developed by our Personal Trainers.

Forget dated aerobics classes, repetitive Tae Bo classes, complex Les Mills classes or being screamed at in a Boot Camp! Our Kickboxing circuit classes are fun, simple and they work. Each class is run by one of our Personal Trainers and is an awesome fat burning aerobic workout, without the boring or aerobics. You’ll never have to punch the air like in a Tae Bo or Body Combat classes, you’ll be punching real punching bags for real results!

We don’t just limit our sessions to punching and kicking, we’ll mix in anything that will give you an awesome aerobic fat burning workout! We’ll incorporate a few of the best Boot Camp style exercises, but none of the uncomfortable or dangerous Boot Camp exercises that some Gold Coast Boot Camps are renown for. We’ll also mix it up with exercise bikes, steps, fit balls, skipping and much, much more. Plus you get to train in the comfort and privacy of an air conditioned real Gym with a Personal Trainer, not at the local park like other Gold Coast Bott Camps.

Why are Kickboxing circuits better than other Group exercise sessions?

We customise our sessions around your fitness level and goals. Aerobics, Tae Bo, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack and other Les Mills and group exercise classes are one set generic workout.  And most Crossfit Gold Coast sessions only focus on a coupole of elements of fitness a session, not everytrhing. An group exercise class designed for the masses will never work as well as a class custom made by a Personal Trainer for you and a small group. Many people also feel a little uncomfortable with a half an aerobics class behind them watching every move they’re doing. If you’re not fit enough or coordinated enough to keep up, the whole class will know! Our classes are different, because we make sure no one feels out of place. Everyone works on their own station at their own pace, so if you need to take a break, go for it! Your fellow classmates won’t know or mind. And at around $10 a class or less, with no membership fees or joining fees, they’re the best value way to get in shape on the Gold Coast!

 

Are your Kickboxing circuits a Martial Art?

No, not at all. They are completely non contact and safe and there’s no tricky or embarrassing moves. Plus there no fancy uniforms or “yes Sensei’s, our classes are taken by one of our Personal Trainers and are focussed on fun and results.

What's the difference between your Kickboxing circuits and Boot Camps?

Both our Boot Camps and Kickboxing circuits are similar, so if you love one, you will definetely like the other.  Kickboxing Circuits are about 80% Kickboxing and 20% of the other exercises you see in the video. Whereas Boot Camps are about 20% Kickboxing and 80% of the other exercises you see in the video.  

 

If you've had a bad experience at a Gym before, it's nice to know that all of our classes have no joining fees, or lock in contracts because we know we can give you a work out you'll want to come back to again and again.  So aside from a few kilos what have you got to lose?
