It’s true; if you share your one on one Personal Training sessions with a friend it doesn’t cost anything extra and you can share the cost.

You both get the great benefits of one on one training with your Trainer.  Your Trainer can adjust the sessions so that you both can work at the same time and get exercises that you both can benefit from even if you are on different fitness levels or one of you have an injury. All you have to do is bring a friend (or two or three) to the session!  Or why not share a fun session with a the whole family at home and set a great example for the kids?
