How to improve your every day diet – Tips on healthier eating

Fitness Enhancement Personal Trainer Neil Geddes, who is based in Aspley Brisbane shows you what he keeps in his fridge and has some tips on healthier eating. Neil is a highly experienced Trainer, dad of three kids and our Fitness Enhancement Personal Training Aspley Franchisee. He also covers other suburbs in Brisbane such as Albany Creek and Bridgeman Downs.

There is a conversation that seems to pop up over and over again between myself and my clients. And that is the conversation of my own Personal Nutrition. Now given that studying nutrition is a pet project of mind, it is a conversation I enjoy having, so I thought I would strip down the barriers and invite you all… into my fridge.

Once inside (figuratively, not literally) I will give you all a quick run down of the food choices I make on a daily basis and more importantly, why I make those choices. Hopefully you can all take a little something away for your own nutrition plan.

Now I’m going to warn you all, there are some things in here that may baffle you and confuse (a chocolate Easter bunny somehow makes it way into this production among other things), but the thing to remember is Personal Trainers are only Human… (This statement will be supported by the video… you’ll see what I mean)

But on a serious note, by the end of the video, you will see that nutrition can be a relatively straightforward process given the right tools and the right advice. It just takes a bit of commitment!
