Great results with 10 minute workouts!

10 minute exerciseNot finding the time

Not being able to find time for training is the most common excuse to not exercise, the common perception is that you have to spend at least one hour per workout and with transport to and from the gym/bootcamp in park/swimming pool etc, it ends up taking up to two hours and people just don’t want to spend that amount of time for one workout that they then have to repeat again tomorrow and the day after (and the day after that) to maintain the results.

Our Trainers believe anyone can fit in a workout in their life, however, it can be hard to find an hour of spare time every day. Good news is you can get great results with less time! 10-minute workouts have been proven to give you heaps of the same benefits as you get from hours of exercise. Your own body and 10 minutes are all you need.

Health benefits from 10 minutes

10-minute workouts are short high-intensity sessions where you work hard basically non stop. These types of workouts have been shown to be just as beneficial for your health as an hour of slaving in the gym. Recent research shows that 10-minute workouts several times per week can contribute to weight loss, lowered blood pressure, improved cardiovascular fitness, improved mood and other health benefits.

The fact is that if your choice is to not exercise or do 10 minutes, 10 minutes is always going to be the right answer, small bursts of exercise are much better than nothing.
