Client Madeline – From being afraid of exercise to loving it!

Fear of exercise

Madeline had always been afraid of going to overcrowded gyms and being judged by others, but wanted to enjoy exercise and feel happier and healthier within herself. She wanted something that would feel more comfortable than a regular gym. Madeline found our 100% private mobile Personal Training sessions. With mobile Personal Training, Madeline could train in the comfort and privacy of her own home, without worrying about other people making her feel uneasy.

The main goal for Madeline was to work on improving her fitness level, losing weight and working on her overall health. Madeline had always been afraid of and self-conscious about exercise. Starting up with the training was hard, but very rewarding after she got around that first hurdle. Madeline has now been working with Personal Trainer and Beenleigh Franchisee Troy for about 4 months. Troy has given Madeline amazing support and helped her overcome her fear of exercise. Now, Madeline looks forward to her sessions each and every week, and enjoys all aspects of her training. She enjoys the feeling of accomplishment after her sessions, and knowing that she’s working towards her goals and getting the results.

Madeline has improved her fitness a great deal in the last couple of months, she is feeling fitter, healthier and happier in herself! When she first started training, she struggled with a lot of exercises and sometimes felt like giving up. A feeling that most of us can surely relate to! With the support of her Personal Trainer Troy, Madeline got over the hurdles and slowly started to enjoy the feeling working out gave her. Now, she is able to constantly push herself to keep going further and to improve her fitness. In the future Madeline wants to continue on this path to better health and fitness, and hopes to achieve even more results. She’s found the joy of exercise and she’s not letting go!

Favourite exercise:

My favourite exercise would have to be boxing. No matter what type of week I’ve had, boxing always makes me feel so much better!

Least favourite exercise:

My least favourite exercise would be plank. I couldn’t do a plank at all when I first started my training. However, I recently beat my personal best and it was an incredible feeling!
