Like most of the tools we use, the fit ball is one of those great pieces of equipment that offers an amazing amount of variety for all levels of fitness and goals. 

One of the great things about using a fit ball is that it provides an unstable surface that we can use to sit on, kneel on, put our hands on, feet on – the options are limited only by your imagination. By using an unstable surface you are engaging more of your core and stabiliser muscles, which is great for balance, stability and posture, as well as burning more calories.

All you need is a ball, a bit of knowledge and motivation.  Who needs a fancy Gym with variety like this!
